West Nile Virus Infects More Birds and Insects in Contra Costa County

Contra Costa County health officials have detected a large increase in West Nile Virus infections. KCBS Radio's Bob Butler reports a number of mosquitoes, birds and chickens have tested positive in the past week alone. Residents are advised to take precautions when they go outdoors.
