U.S. Launches Cyber Attack Campaign on Russian Energy Grids

The United States is escalating online attacks on Russia's power grid, according to officials who spoke to the New York Times.

Some security experts say this move is a clear attempt to intensify the digital warfare between Washington and Moscow. President Donald Trump has since accused the New York Times of "virtual treason" for publishing the story on the subject in the first place.
