Trump Says State Officials Not Doing Enough to Stop Protests

President Trump is blasting state officials, saying they're not doing enough to stop violent protests. The president told governors and mayors he expects to see mass arrests.  He says state officials have to "dominate" the streets... and use the national guard to do it.
