Trump Administration Trying to Make it Easier to Fire A Transgender Worker

The Trump Administration is trying to de-value yet another sector of society.

The Justice Department is asking the Supreme Court to set a legal precedent that would make it easier to fire someone who is transgender.

They are arguing that Title 7 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 only protects workers from discrimination based on their "biological sex."
