Too Many Dems Mean New Rules for Presidential Debates

There are now officially 23 candidates running to be the Democratic nominee for president in 2020.

That field is huge...and too many to fit on a single debate stage.

It appears that there will be a limit for the first debate of about 20 candidates, with 19 already qualifying.
