The fight between law enforcement and technology companies over encrypted communications is at the forefront for Attorney General William Barr.

He's persistent in calling on Apple to help the government unlock two iPhones belonging to a Saudi aviation student who killed three people at a Navy base in Pensacola, Florida last month.
