Studies to See if Astronauts Can Hibernate for Trips to Mars

Bears do it...and now astronauts may be doing it....Hibernating.

The European Space Agency says that if astronauts are put into a state of suspended animation, such as hibernating, they could sustain the strength needed to travel to other planets.
