Scott Peterson Trying to Get His Murder Conviction Overturned 16 Years Later

16 years after his conviction, lawyers for Scott Peterson were back in court yesterday asking for his case to be overturned. 

Peterson was found guilty in 2004 of murdering his wife, Laci, and their unborn son. His lawyers told the California Supreme Court Peterson was denied a fair trial because of massive publicity and a slew of legal errors made at trial.
