Political Upheaval Grips Parts of South America

The former President of Bolivia, Evo Morales, resigned on Sunday after massive protests and has now been granted asylum in Mexico. Likewise, Chileans have been in the streets protesting after a hike in metro fares, which speaks to larger social issues in the country.
