"Plastic Patrol" Scours San Francisco Bay For Debris

Experts warn that within thirty years, there will be more plastic garbage in the world's oceans than there are fish. To keep that from happening to San Francisco Bay, local sailors are turning their bay excursions into plastic patrols.
