Pelosi And Trump Continue Tit-For-Tat Spat Over SOTU

President Trump has made a high stakes dare, telling House Speaker Nancy Pelosi he will give the State of the Union before a joint session of Congress, despite her request that the date be moved or he submit it in writing due to the ongoing government shutdown.

But now Speaker Pelosi has confirmed that the State of the Union is off, unless the shutdown ends.
