Oakland Businesses Picking Up the Pieces After Nights of Civil Unrest

After four nights of pushing back crowds with tear gas, Oakland police took a different tack last night as the OPD Chief chose not to enforce the 8pm curfew as long as demonstrators remained peaceful - which they did. 

This is a huge step forward for a city that's still cleaning up from looting and losses. KCBS Radio reporter Holly Quan has that part of the story.
