The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals here in San Francisco has just dealt a blow to a major Trump policy on Immigration.

Since early last year, the "Remain in Mexico" policy has sent nearly 60-thousand people to Mexico who were trying to seek asylum in the U.S.

The ruling blocks border officials from continuing the practice for now.

For more on the impact of the ruling, KCBS Radio news anchors Jeff Bell and Patti Reising spoke with Geoffrey Hoffman, Director of the University of Houston Law Center Immigration Clinic.
