New Rules for Scaling Mount Everest

The increase of mountain climbers who've died while trying to scale Mount Everest has prompted the Nepaalese government to impose new regulations for climbing the world's highest peak. 

Among the new rules...climbers must be accompanied by a guide at all times, people over the age of 75 are banned.. and climbers must have previously topped a tall mountain before attempting Everest.
