A new Wall Street Journal report says the Federal Aviation Administration believed, soon after the first fatal crash involving a Boeing 737 MAX jet, that there was a high likelihood of it happening again within a few months.

And, of did--a second crash, which led to the grounding of the 737 MAX fleet worldwide.

KCBS Radio news anchor Rebecca Corral spoke with Wall Street Journal Aviation reporter Andy Pasztor, who wrote about the report for the journal.
