NBA Approves Format to Resume Play in Late July

The NBA's Board of Governors has approved a 22-team format for restarting the league season in late July. While that's great news for the league, players and fans, it's not great news for local municipalities who rely on the revenue teams bring in for home games.

The NBA has the highest percentage of cities who use tourism taxes to help pay for stadiums out of the major sports leagues.
