Large Asteroid To Fly By Earth This Afternoon

An asteroid roughly the size of the statue of liberty will pass by Earth later today. Asteroid 2010 WC9 will be about the half the moon's distance from Earth. It's one of the closest approaches ever observed of an asteroid of this size.
