Michael Cohen, the former personal attorney to President Trump, on Tuesday pleaded guilty to violating campaign finance laws. Cohen told a judge that Trump directed him to make payments to two women who claimed to have had affairs with Trump.  Cohen's guilty plea and statements should be very damaging to Trump, former White House counsel John Dean told KCBS Radio on Tuesday afternoon.  "Michael Cohen has pretty clearly established we have a criminal for a president," said Dean, a central figure in the Watergate investigation that brought down former President Richard Nixon. "It certainly is a bad day for Mr. Trump, but it's a bad day for the country when we have this kind of problem."
