The Justice Department's inspector general, Michael Horowitz, testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee today to answer questions on the FBI's Russia Investigation.

Horowitz highlighted some serious issues with the way the FBI conducts surveillance and portrayed the bureau during that time as dysfunctional. But he did say there was no political bias on the part of the FBI while conducting the investigation.

To talk about this further, KCBS Radio news anchors Jeff Bell and Patti Reising spoke with Henry Brady, Dean of the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley.
