Hearing Begins in Lawsuit Against DHS Over Smartphone, Laptop Searches at Airports

On Thursday, the hearing kicks off in Boston on the lawsuits The Department of Homeland Security have been slapped with for searching the smartphones and laptops of visitors to the US without a warrant.

Ten US citizens and one permanent resident say their rights were violated by the searches.
