Former Inmates Discuss Challenges of Getting Job With Criminal Record

A Bay Area non-profit is encouraging employers to hire people who were previously incarcerated. A state law, which took affect last year, makes it illegal for employers to ask people about their criminal history. KCBS Radio's Carrie Hodousek spoke to former inmates in Oakland about the challenges of getting a job after prison.
