Former Federal Prosecutor Weighs in on the Epstein Case

Embattled Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta took to the airwaves earlier today to defend his handling of a plea deal in Florida on prostitution charges with billionaire Jeffrey Epstein a decade ago

Epstein is now under arrest on new sex trafficking charges in New York.

The plea reached with Epstein in Miami in 2008 allowed him to avoid federal charges spending only 13 months in county jail.. and he was able to leave six days a week to go to work.
