Former Federal Prosecutor on the Charges Against the Minnesota Cops

Prosecutors are upgrading the charge against a Minneapolis police officer accused of pressing his knee against George Floyd's neck to second-degree murder.

They are also for the first time charging the three officers who stood by without intervening with aiding and abetting murder.
