Former Attorney Prominent in Prosecuting President Clinton now to Represent President Trump

The attorney who led the impeachment proceedings against President Clinton in 1999, is now switching gears and will be representing President Trump during his upcoming trial in the Senate. 

This is the same man who then private citizen Trump called "a freak."  What changed his mind?
