FCC To Vote On Plan To Deal With Robocalls

The Federal Communications Commission plans to vote today on giving wireless carriers permission to do more about robocalls. The proposal would authorize carriers to automatically identify and block unwanted robocalls on both landline and wireless telephone systems.
