America is facing a retirement crisis, as up to half of the population sees the dream of a secure retirement slipping further away.

In her new book, Waiting on Retirement: Aging and Economic Insecurity in Low-wage Work, Gatta takes a closer look at the struggles in the workplace and fears of low-wage workers in the industry who are middle-aged, aging, and past retirement age.
