Cruise Ship May Be Possible For Oakland Homeless

All this week KCBS has been airing a series of special reports on the issue of homelessness in the Bay Area and the impacts it has on daily life. Millions of dollars are spent by cities and counties to address the issue, and now one Oakland City council-member has a plan that involves housing the homeless on a cruise ship.
