Congress May Direct the Navy to Exonerate The Port Chicago 50

The House on Friday approved a measure by Eastbay congressman Mark Desaulnier that would exonerate 50 Black sailors convicted of mutiny during World War Two.

KCBS Radio’s Bob Butler reports they were shipmates of 320 sailors killed in a massive explosion at the Concord Naval Weapons Station.
