The California Channel will End Operations in October

Earlier this week The California Channel, a broadcast service that provides “gavel to gavel coverage” of the state Legislature, announced they will end operations this October. 

Now state lawmakers are looking at ways to save the state's CSPAN equivalent.

Assembly Speaker Pro Tem Kevin Mullin is vowing to “pursue options to continue legislative programming on cable.”
