The Alameda Unified School District is relaxing its dress code regulations to start with the new school year. This means that there are only restrictions against wearing clothes displaying violent themes, pornographic images or illegal activity. Ripped jeans, crop tops and some trendy clothing will now be o.k. under the new guidelines as long as they're not too revealing. To find out why the changes are being put in place, KCBS Radio news anchors Jeff Bell and Patti Reising spoke with Susan Davis, spokeswoman with the Alameda Unified School District.
