UPDATED 03/06/'18: Following the teaser trailer released in February, Netflix has debut the full length preview of their upcoming sci-fi reboot of Lost In Space. The all-new trailer features over 2 1/2 minutes of never before seen footage, plus we get to see the latest version of "Robot" say those famous words "Danger Will Robinson, Danger!" We also get to see more Parker Posey (The House of Yes) as Dr. Smith.

The new Netflix Original Series is a revamped, sci-fi take on the classic tale of the Swiss Family Robinson and is based on the original 1965 Irwin Allen television series of the same name. The series follows the Robinson Family on a mission to establish a colony in outer space. The mission takes a turn for the worst when they are unexpectedly thrown off course and forced to crash land on a unexplored planet.

The series stars Toby Stephens (Die Another Day) as John Robinson, Molly Parker (Deadwood) as Maureen Robinson, Taylor Russell (Falling Skies) as Judy Robinson, Mina Sundwall (Law & Order: SVU) as Penny Robinson, Ignacio Serricchio (Bones) as Don West and Max Jenkins (Sense8) as Will Robinson.

On the Facebook page, Netflix described the series as "It's E.T. meets Jurassic Park".

In 1998, New Line Cinema release the movie version of Lost In Space starring Academy Award-winner Gary Oldman, Mimi Rogers, Lacey Chabert, William Hurt, Heather Graham, Matt LeBlanc, and Jack Johnson. The film grossed over $69 million in the U.S.

Netflix' Lost In Space launches on the streaming service on April 13.
