When Is a Lie a Lie?

SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS RADIO) - Whether on Twitter or speaking off the cuff, President Trump has been known say things that are not entirely true. That's not a rare trait in a politician, but the frequency of the President's falsehoods, inaccuracies, exaggerations and so on have sparked a debate about when journalists should call misstatments "lies".
