Police are still seeking a second suspect, but few other details were available.

The boy was riding his bicycle near the Fruitvale BART station on January 2 when he was struck and dragged for four blocks.

Cell phone video taken at the scene shows the boy crying out for help once he got disentangled from the car. A man and a woman standing outside of the car, looking at the teen, are also visible in the footage.

The video shows the couple get back into the car and drive away. leaving the teen in the street. Police officials have said that he's fighting for his life in the hospital.
