Oakland police released the name and a photo of the suspect that they said struck and killed a mother and her six-year-old son on Saturday.

Rasenoch Allen, 27,  fled in a Mercedes Benz after colliding with the 30-year-old mother, her 6-year-old son and a 20-year-old man, who was "critically injured" at 7:21 p.m. on Foothill Boulevard and 26th Avenue, police said.

"OPD encourages Allen to turn himself in," the police department said in a tweet that included his photograph.

A shrine with candles and flowers had been set up at a corner near the deadly crash.

A $25,000 reward is available for information leading to Allen's arrest.

The victims were identified by the coroner's office as Angel Garcia, 6, and Alma Vasquez, 30, according to the East Bay Times. The newspaper reports that the injured 20-year-old was identified as the boy's uncle.
